ABOUT AQUIFER & VESSEL INTEGRITY SERVICES
Dedicated to safeguarding municipal drinking water supplies and industrial fire infrastructure through advanced robotics, non-destructive ultrasonic testing, and certified engineering audits.
ENGINEERING PRECISION WITHOUT DOWNTIME
Founded in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 2016, Aquifer & Vessel Integrity Services Inc. was established to solve an expensive and dangerous problem confronting municipal public works directors: the tradition of taking municipal water storage tanks offline and dumping millions of gallons of treated water just to satisfy periodic state inspection mandates.
By investing in specialized, NSF-61 certified submersible robotics and high-frequency pulse-echo ultrasonic flaw detectors, we engineered an in-service inspection methodology that satisfies all AWWA D100, AWWA D103, and NFPA 25 requirements while keeping reservoirs full, pressurized, and ready for daily demand and emergency firefighting.
Over the past decade, our Tulsa field rigs have audited more than 750 municipal standpipes, elevated hydropillars, and industrial fire tanks across Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, and Texas, preserving an estimated 650,000,000 gallons of potable water from discharge waste.
HANK CALDWELL, LEAD INSPECTOR
CERT #28419Hank Caldwell brings more than eighteen years of hands-on structural evaluation, protective coatings analysis, and non-destructive testing experience to every municipal deployment. Hank began his career as an apprentice boilermaker, erecting welded standpipes before earning dual master certifications in coatings and ultrasonics.

10 YEARS ZERO OSHA RECORDABLES
In high-consequence infrastructure inspection, safety is the primary measure of professional competency. By eliminating human entry into permit-required confined spaces and minimizing dangerous high-elevation rope access, Aquifer & Vessel Integrity Services has maintained a flawless safety record since our founding in 2016.
- Zero OSHA recordable incidents across 10 years of field deployments.
- Zero bacteriological water quality violations following any submersible audit.
- 100% adherence to AWWA C652 Method 2 decontamination protocols.
- Comprehensive $5,000,000 commercial liability and pollution coverage for municipal contracts.
